Wandering around in a swamp (OPEN RP)

[Annabelle]

It's late afternoon and Annabelle is walking around the Swamp of Souls. She breathed the thick misty air as she walked. Her boots squished into the mud making loud noises with each step. Normally she'd only come here for a quest, but today something lured her to come here. She wanted to practice her swords skills and decided this was a good place to find lurking creatures to defeat. She took out her Sword and started swinging it around, ready to strike any foe.

-Enter Eden-

[Aerin Vae]

Eden had been walking around the swamp as the cool water kept the heat away. That was until, he heard boots splashing in the mud. He peeked from behind the tree, and saw a blonde/ brown haired woman. He looked at her swinging her sword with such ease. "Woah" Eden whispered to himself

[Annabelle]

Annabelle continued perfecting her technique. Completely unaware that anyone was watching. She swung her sword over her head and dashed it down in a quick motion, then jabbed the air a few times before jumping up and cutting off a thick tree branch without any effort then landing in a crouched position.

"Nothing to it." ~She smiled to herself.

[Aerin Vae]

Eden twidled his fingers, he concentrated and hid his wings, making himself look human, he put his hand on his sword bottom in its scabbard and walked foreward. He held up his hands in defense "I mean you no harm" Eden says, "I am...."

[Annabelle]

Annabelle raised herself up slowly and eyed the stranger suspiciously. Not knowing if he was a friend or foe. He said that he meant no harm, but Annabelle was going to need a little more than that. She held her sword tightly, just in case, but kept it close to her body, so he wouldn't feel threatened.

"You are...?" ~She asked, still keeping a safe distance.

[Aerin Vae]

"I am Eden, I come from Kiru City" I noticed you training here and you look like you know your way around, I am really thristy from walking, do you know where I can get some water, and food too, please?"

[Annabelle]

Annabelle decided to trust this one...for now. She put her sword away and walked a bit closer.

"I actually always carry some with me. Here." ~Annabelle reaches into her satchel and throws Eden a container with water inside.

"I have some Barley soup too, but it's ice cold. I'd have to make a fire in order to heat it up."

[Aerin Vae]

Eden sat down and sipped the water "Thanks a lot" he exclaimed. That's so refreshing. And it's nearing night anyways, we could light a fire anyways.

[Annabelle]

Annabelle looked around. It WAS getting dark. Maybe a fire wouldn't be such a bad thing.

"Ummm, sure. I'll go look for some fire wood, while you get re-hydrated."

Annabelle walks towards the branch she chopped off earlier.

"This is a way to start." ~She smiles and starts walking towards the more condensed part of the forest where there might be more wood.

[Aerin Vae]

As Eden is sipping the water, he sees a bag of what looks to be the womans stuff. "Hmm" He thaught, "Better not." He takes a big gulp of water and corks up the bottle, he places it beside her bags. After a while of waiting, he goes to the edge of the clearing and chops off the smaller branches of the treee. When suddenley, everything in the whole forest went black!!!

[Annabelle]

Annabelle starts picking up sticks to make the fire with. She holds them within her arms, and even gather a few leaves and rocks to sustain a healthy fire. When it suddenly all goes black.

"H-hey! What's going on?!"

Annabelle looked around to no avail. It was way too dark to spot anything.

"Eden? Eden?!?"

[Aerin Vae]

Eden could hear the woman calling his name "Where are you!!??" he roared, going in the direction of which her voice came, he heard her drop a few sticks, or "something" dro a few anyway. He headed towards the sound. "HELLO!?!" he roared,

[Annabelle]

She heard Eden walking towards her a few feet away and called out again.

"Eden? I'm here! I'm HERE! What's going on?!?"

Annabelle struggled to hold her materials within her arms, and kept dropping sticks, unable to find them in the dark.

"What's happening?!?"

[Aerin Vae]

"I have an idea" says Eden, bumping into the woman. He concentrates for a minute "Anjelica Rejuvination" he says. They are both surrounded in a magnificent glow. "There" he says, winking at her

[Annabelle]

"Woah!" ~Says Annabelle, wildly impressed.

"That's amazing! How are you doing that? Is that your power?"

She looks around the now lit swamp, and picks up a few of the sticks she had dropped earlier.

"What just happened?" ~Annabelle wonders.

[Aerin Vae]

"Yeah, it's my power, it creats a bright light, and stops and bad thoughts or anything negative" Eden says proudly. He looks around to try see what happened. He can sense a dark energy source from not too far away. "Follow me" he says to the girl, and then "What's your name?"

[Annabelle]

Annabelle follows Eden cautiously, sticks in hand still impressed by his power.

"My name's Annabelle." ~She replies in response to his question.

"Where are we going?"

[Morgruff]

Morgruff stays in the shadows as the observes the two wanderers though the bushes and shrubs around her. She positions her self low to the ground, the mud cold but smooth against her tummy scales. She prowls around them, "taking notes" in her head, unimpressed, as she goes along.

[Aerin Vae]

Eden grabs Annabelles hand and takes a sharp left. Eden whispers to Annabelle "We're being watched. As they reach the cause of the darkness, Eden says to Annabelle "Clypeus" As the shield surronds her, Eden says angrily  "Trever mrof" He flies up, his whote wings finally coming to view. They change to complete black. He falls in a kneeling position and looks up, eyes deep red. "Poison flames" he says demonically, covering all around them in purplish red mist. As he does this, he hears coughing, not from Annabelle though, she has Clypeus. "COME FOREWARD" Eden demands...

[Morgruff]

Morgruff chuckles and comes out.
"I don't breathe impure air. My gill-like things on my neck filter air and water, so I cannot be bothered by such things.."
She sits down near them and tilts her head.
"Don't be so sure that you are able to control me.."
As she speaks, she wraps her tail around herself, making dirt come up and fly in the direction of the wind.
"That's not how I work."
Still unimpressed, she's taking notes of his behavior, as she does so, she scans the area and sizes up the two of them.
