-Added new functional sidebar on your far right with full functional links.

-Added "Beginner Help & Guide" and "Rules" to the sidebar.

-Rearranged two forums "Rules" and "Beginner Help ! Newbies Guide". Placed them as subs in the help deck.

-The "Realm of Zero" category completed. All signatures set with there respectable links.

-"Character Storage" category started.

-"Persona Creation", "Powers", "Weapon Creation", and "The Untold Stories" signatures added.
