Effect: Transforms into Ragnarok when true power is unleashed. Can only be wielded by Fenix
Drawback: N/A

Effect: Ability to cut through anything and can only be wielded by Fenix.

The effect cannot be to cut through ANYTHING that's too op, and for the transformation put a cooldown since its a two in one weapon.
